A professor in the Department of Pathobiology has been appointed editor-in-chief of the journal Veterinary Pathology.
Dr. Jeff Caswell begins working with the current editor on the transition and will assume full responsibility for the journal in August, when production is under way for the January 2014 issue.
Caswell is the graduate program co-ordinator for the Department of Pathobiology. He is an anatomic pathologist whose interests include respiratory and cardiovascular pathology, bacterial pneumonia of cattle and pigs, and innate immunity in the lung.
